do you accept returns or exchanges?

we do not accept returns or exchanges. if the item is received damaged, please provide pictures of your damaged item and your order number in an email to willowandwickerco@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

do you offer local pickup?

yes! use the code "local" at checkout to avoid shipping costs!  once your order is placed i will reach out with pickup options. please please do not use this code if you are not local, if you do, your order will not ship. we are located in frisco, texas!

how often do you ship?

your package will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. (yay!) you will be provided with a tracking to your email once the package is on its way! we ship primarily through USPS and UPS.

- if your package is returned or abandoned...any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 

- i am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. please let us know if any of these happen. i can help you with filing a claim!

what is preloved?

- preloved items on my website are gently used

- they are sourced from thrift stores/ flea markets/ estate sales/ garage sales!

-shopping preloved helps reduce waste from landfills, contributes to charities, helps preserve water, and reduces chemical pollution!

can i combine items from your preloved section and non-preloved section in my order?

- yes!! everything you add to your cart will all be shipped together! please feel free to mix it up! i keep all items in hand in my home! :) 

do i have an open order?

- if you have NOT received a tracking # in your email, than your order is still open! use the code "ADD" at checkout to add more items to your order and avoid extra shipping costs.

- PLEASE do NOT use this code if you do NOT have an open order, if you do.. your order will be canceled.
